Western Glitz & Glam offers an exchange of goods or a store credit on return of stock purchased.
We DO NOT offer a monetary refund on items unless item purchased is faulty.
Sale items are not able to be returned or refunded.
A proof of purchase from the customer must accompany the return of goods. Copy of invoice.
Western Glitz & Glam gives you 14 days to return your Product if wrong size or once deemed to be faulty and we will either give you a store credit excluding the costs of shipping the items back to us, or replace your product with the correct size/non faulty item.
Here's the step by step instructions for returning an item:
1. Email westglitz@bigpond.com or phone us on (02) 4991 5777 to let us know what the issue is (quite often we can send you out a replacement part, which saves you postage and time while we wait to receive your order then process a replacement or store credit). We'll let you know the best way to proceed from there, and if that means mailing the item back to us we'll give you a Returns Identification #
2. When you do post your return to us you are required to get the item back into it's original packaging, tags are still to be attached. (see below for more details) and address it to:

3. Include in the package a note that has on it your name, the order # or invoice #, your contact details and your Returns Identification #.
4. Sit tight, as soon as we receive your item in the mail we'll process your store credit or exchange!
