SHIPPING

We gladly combine postage with all our products.  All deliveries are weight based.

We ship worldwide.  We send all our orders via Australia Post.  All items we ship overseas, prices for delivery will be given once item is packed and ready to be sent.

When we send your order we will email you a tracking number that you can use to track and trace your order on Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au

It can take up to 24hrs from the time we email you the tracking number for your consignment to be visible on Australia Post website.

We package your products with the greatest care possible, however we understand that things can go wrong along the way. We will do our best to sort out any issues that may arise from you receiving broken, faulty or defective goods as a result of poor packaging or error on our part. Please contact us immediately if you receive your items and find them to be damaged.
